EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

To ensure your satisfactions,Byok offers a simple Exchange and Refund Policy for the products bought via our official website I.e. Byok.in.

1-Damaged product received/wrong size received/wrong item received:-
• If the customer receives an item that is the wrong size, colour, or is otherwise not what they have purchased, Byok would gladly exchange it FREE of cost. In this case, the buyer can choose between an EXCHANGE and a REFUND (in the source account or wallet)
•Please reach us within 48 hours and we’ll raise a pickup request

2-Don't like the product/size/others
•Outside of the aforementioned scenarios I.e. where a correct product has been received by the customer and he/she wants to return or exchange the product, they'll have to cover the reverse shipping cost of ₹150/- to ₹210/- depending upon the weight of the order.
•The nominal shipping cost will be charged on the new exchange or will be deducted from the refund amount (in this case the refund amount can only be received in the form of coins).
•Please reach us within 48 hours. Our team will share a payment link with you, Once you pay the exchange charges we will initiate the pickup request.

Eligibility criteria:-


1) The product should be in the right condition with tags intact.
2) you should share/attach product pictures (minimum 4) with you exchange/return request.
3) You should have the invoice for the product.

4)We will not accept exchange requests after 48 hours.

Note:
The entire exchange procedure can take anywhere from 7-14 business days. (These Delivery Days may vary due to a weekend, holidays, or a strike by the courier service or other unforeseen circumstances.)

 

 

 

 

In adherence to our commitment to quality assurance, we require an unboxing video to process any exchange or return requests. Solely submitting photos will not be considered. The video should comprehensively capture the unboxing experience from the initial stage to the completion of the entire parcel, including its packaging.

Please note that exchange requests will be accommodated within one week from the date of delivery. Your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines ensures a streamlined and efficient resolution process.
